Our Story

We proudly occupy a historic Romanesque Industrial building from 1888. Our renovation has secured the historic elements for future generations to enjoy while adding modern infrastructure, bringing occupancy up to current-day standards and codes. Our apartments feature beautiful interiors and views of the Hudson River in close proximity to Troy's renowned Farmer's Market and all that the City's Historic Downtown has to offer.
